These terms describe how you may use EduSing. They are a working draft published for transparency during the prototype phase; the final version will be published before commercial launch.
1. The service
EduSing provides tools to turn learning material into songs, lyrics, quizzes and review items. Features, limits and plans may change as the product evolves.
2. Your content
You keep all rights to the notes and files you upload. You grant EduSing the permission needed to process them for you. You are responsible for having the right to use the material you upload.
3. Generated songs
Songs and lyrics generated for you are yours to use for personal study. Styles are described by genre only; EduSing does not imitate specific artists.
4. Plans and counting
Plans are counted in songs per billing period. A song is counted only when it is generated successfully. If you cancel, you keep the songs you already made and lose the ability to create new ones when the paid period ends.
5. Acceptable use
Do not upload content you are not allowed to use, attempt to bypass limits, or use the service to harm others. We may suspend accounts that do.
