EduSing is private by default. This page explains what we store, why, and what you control. It is a working draft published for transparency during the prototype phase.
What we collect
Your account details (name, email, sign-in provider), the material you submit (topics, notes, PDFs), the blueprints, songs and quizzes generated from it, and your learning progress.
Why we collect it
To generate your songs and quizzes, show your progress, enforce plan limits, send transactional emails such as "your song is ready", and improve reliability.
Training
Your uploads and notes are not used to train models.
Your files
Projects are private by default. You can have the original file deleted automatically after EduSing has extracted the Learning Blueprint; this option is on by default.
Sharing
Nothing is public unless you explicitly share a song. A shared page shows only the title, player, lyrics and concepts, never your files, notes, full name or email.
Deletion
You can delete songs, projects or your whole account at any time. Backups are retained for a limited period and then removed.
